Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation & Payment

• A 50% deposit of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation and confirm your dates at Phirima Lodge.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full booking amount is payable at the time of confirmation.
• A booking is only regarded as confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. As Phirima Lodge is an exclusive-use lodge and confirmed dates are reserved specifically for your group, the following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 60 days before arrival: Deposit refunded, less a 10% administration fee calculated on the deposit paid.
• 31–60 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit paid will be forfeited.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
• 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited.
• No-shows or early departures: No refund will be provided.
• Where the full amount has already been paid, any refund due will be calculated according to the cancellation periods above.

Changes to Booking Dates

• Requests to move a confirmed booking to alternative dates will be considered subject to availability and at the discretion of Phirima Lodge.
• Any rate difference applicable to the new dates will be payable by the guest.
• Date changes requested within 30 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

Cancellation by Phirima Lodge

• In the unlikely event that Phirima Lodge is unable to honour a confirmed reservation due to circumstances within our reasonable control, guests will be offered alternative available dates or a refund of accommodation payments made to Phirima Lodge.

General

• All cancellations and requests to amend a booking must be submitted in writing.
• We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, illness, travel disruptions and other circumstances that may affect their stay.
• By paying the required deposit, the guest acknowledges and accepts these booking and cancellation terms.
