Submitting an enquiry through this website is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only once we have issued written confirmation and received the required deposit. Rates, dates, and availability are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

6. Booking Terms, Deposits & Cancellations

Specific deposit, payment, and cancellation terms applicable to your stay will be set out in your booking confirmation and form a separate agreement between us. You are responsible for reading and accepting those terms before confirming your stay.

7. Guest Conduct & Reserve Rules

The lodge is located within the Black Rhino Game Reserve. Guests must comply with all reserve rules and the Pilanesberg National Park access regulations, including speed limits, no off-road driving, and remaining in vehicles in designated areas. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay for conduct that endangers guests, staff, wildlife, or the property.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to ensure information is accurate, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law - and without limiting any rights under the CPA - we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.

A visit to a Big Five game reserve carries inherent risk. Guests enter the reserve and use lodge facilities (including the swimming pool and outdoor areas) at their own risk.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court of South Africa, notwithstanding that the amount in dispute may exceed the jurisdiction of that court.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
